5th International Conference on Organic & Natural Rice Production Systems · New Delhi · September 21–25, 2026
📅 Registration Open · 🏛 Physical + 💻 Virtual · 🌾 Scientists, Farmers, Students & Policymakers Welcome
Conferences have a funny way of feeling exclusive — jargon-heavy portals, confusing fee structures, vague instructions. ORP-5 is different. It is built for scientists, farmers, students, and policymakers alike. This guide cuts through everything so you can focus on what actually matters: showing up ready to learn, share, and connect.
Before You Register — Key Dates to Know
Missing a deadline at a conference can mean losing your spot, your abstract, or paying extra. Here is what to mark in your calendar right now:
📌 Registration Opens: January 20, 2026
📌 Abstract Submission Deadline: June 30, 2026
📌 Guest House Booking Deadline: July 31, 2026
📌 Registration Deadline (without late fee): August 1, 2026
📌 Conference Dates: September 21–25, 2026
⚠️ A late fee of ₹1,000 (or $20 USD) applies per person for registrations submitted after August 1, 2026 — regardless of category.
If you are submitting an abstract or presenting a paper, note that at least one author must complete registration before June 30, 2026 for the submission to be considered.
Physical or Virtual — Which Mode is Right for You?
ORP-5 offers two fully supported participation modes. Neither is a lesser option — both are officially recognised by the conference.
🏛 Physical Mode
You attend in-person at NASC Complex, Pusa, New Delhi. Your fee covers access to all scientific and technical sessions, printed and soft copy conference proceedings, the welcome reception, refreshments, and lunches on all conference days. It is the full experience — great for networking, field visits, and real-time interaction.
💻 Virtual / Online Mode
You receive a full digital access pass to all conference sessions streamed live. Presenters who cannot travel can still deliver their work via video and be fully credited. A practical choice for international delegates or those with travel constraints.
Step-by-Step: How to Register for ORP-5

The most powerful thing a researcher can do is leave the lab. When scientists, farmers, and policymakers share one room — or one video call — science stops being theory and starts becoming change. Where will you be on September 21?
